Each time I visit Rosey's Hair Boutique, I feel a transition from rags to riches. Rose is a unique cosmetologist who not only makes you look great, she heals you from within. There is more to cosmetology than looks; with Rosey's regimen, my hair has become more pliable, stronger, and healthier. You will notice a difference when you retain Rosey's services.

I have been working hair since I was fourteen years old, it's funny I started doing my grandmother's hair just out of the clear blue sky one afternoon because she wanted to go to early mass at 0600, that started it all; I've been doing hair ever since.  When family members realized this girl could do color, cuts, press & curl, and the whole bit they were at the door.  It has been that way for sometime now!

Rosey, has worked in a prestigious, upscale salon in the immediate areas in Maryland for many years and has created a large client following through hard work and dedication.
